Before arrival...

An introductory meeting must be arranged for any dog staying with us for the first time. This can be arranged when booking / enquiring.

All dogs must be microchipped (with microchip number provided upon first booking).

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and have up-to-date flea/worm treatment.

Where necessary, medication can be administered on site at the request of the owner. Medical requirements, such as medication name, strength, dosage and directions of use should be clearly outlined prior to the dog’s arrival.

If dogs are to be collected by a third-party, this must be disclosed as far in advanced as possible. ID will be required at the time of collection.​
On the day...

In order to avoid digestive issues, owners should also provide enough food and treats to cover the time boarding on the premises.

Any medication should be provided upon arrival, as discussed at the time of booking.

Pets must arrive with a collar/harness with up-to-date details attached, as well as a lead.

To help your dog feel at home, you will need to provide suitable bedding should your pet require this during their stay.
